Art Deco Hille Bedroom Suite
Art Deco Hille Bedroom suite - WOW a one off for sure!
£SOLD
Hille 7 piece 0

The most fabulous 7 piece original art deco Hille bedroom suite, truly spectacular. This beautiful walnut and rosewood inlaid suite speaks for itself, a one off suite of furniture fit for a king (or Queen). This will certainly have been personally commissioned and expertly built in the late 20′s early 30′s and cost as much as a detached house!

Glamorous, romantic, expensive but simply out of this world. Find me another eye catching  bedroom setting like this, i dont think you could.

Cuban hardwoods skillfully veneered with the best veneers money could buy. Curved glass front drawers using leather beading rather than wood, hand cut dove tails, drawer bases a 1/2″ thick and each laquered and polished inside and out, even underneath.

The dressing table has the most fabulous cut and bevelled original mirror which matches the stepped headboard detail. Each drawer on the dressing table has a 3 lever brass lock. The top of the shorter gents wardrobe has been veneered the bedsides and dressing table have thick cut glass tops. I could go on forever talking about this furniture but if you have a bedroom big enough and you like the look of it then you will fall in love with it in real life.

Comprising of a double headboard, footboard and fixed bedsides each having a drawer, pull out tray and cupboard.

Dressing table and dressing stool.

Ladies wardrobe

Gents wardrobe

2 bedroom chairs.

Complete restoration and upholstery will lift this to another level.
