We are delighted with the refurbished Epstein cloud back suite and Heals chairs that are now settled in to our sitting room. They are even better than we expected and Gordon and his team have done a wonderful job – you can tell they are enthusiasts who care greatly about what they do as the workmanship is wonderful. I just had to drop you a note to say you were so right about the clock…it is even better in real life than in the photos!!! It looks beautiful, (just the right size for our small hallway), and the chimes have a lovely tone to them. Also, I didn’t appreciate it actually had two different chimes…is this a case of buy one get one free?!?!?
Seriously though, I can’t thank you enough for your professionalism and great customer care. I would not hesitate in recommending you and will definitely look to drop in (by appointment of course) when we travel back from the Lake District in September.
